Welcome to Off The Couch 
Off The Couch is a recreational programme designed to get NUI Galway Students & Staff active during the college year. Through a number of non competitive and competitive activities everyone is invited to get off the couch.
Activity is good for you and can give you a sense of personal achievement. This applies at whatever level you choose to participate. The University's recreational sports programme offers a complete approach to Student health and fitness.
Cages at Corrib Village!
2 state of the art floodlit synthetic cages.
Recreational Leagues are run all year round.
The Cages can be hired by individuals or groups or class reps.
